Cuts 4 Christ

Loaves and Fishes in Ellsworth is a vital food pantry that operates three days a week, serving not only the local Downeast area but anyone who signs up for food assistance. The organization provides essential support to individuals and families facing food insecurity, ensuring that no one is turned away. In addition to their food distribution services, Loaves and Fishes partners with volunteers, such as Cuts4Christ, to provide additional services, such as haircuts and hygiene items. Every other month, we have the privilege of visiting to give free haircuts and distribute personal hygiene supplies.

In the past, we have also offered nail care services. At each visit, we have the privilege of providing several haircuts, helping people feel refreshed and cared for while receiving much-needed support from this incredible community resource.
